MSS is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

MSS may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from November 2011.

Shipping Policy
 

All products will normally ship withing 2 weeks from receipt of order. Meiji Techno products, mercury lamps and bulbs will normally be delivered within 2 – 3 days. Should a product be out of stock, we will contact you by email to confirm the delivery date. Our shipping methods are Royal Mail for small items and Seabourne Forwarding for large items.

Returns Policy
 

If you find a fault with any of our products you can return it immediately for repair. Should we be unable to repair it, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. If no replacement is available, we will offer you a full refund (excluding delivery charges). If you are returning it because it is not what you want, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the value of the goods less a re-stocking charge and the delivery charge. The restocking charge will be 15% of the value of the goods.
